MC o.T. was formed as an idea during documenta X - one of the world's more important exhibitions of contemporary art in Kassel, Germany - by german artists Baer and fLeITer, and shortly afterwards officially announced with an inner circle of six steady members. A greater number of people coming from all sorts of different creative backgrounds are associated to the club.

MC o.T. - abbreviating either 'MotorradClub 'ohne Titel'' (motorcycle-club 'untitled' - the common phrase on artwork tags all over the world) if you happen to find yourself in a rather artistic environment, say any given vernissage or gallery opening, or, for the crowd gathered in one of those loud, oily, beer- and benzole-stenched bars with similiar ritual dresscodes and behaviours but slightly more technical talk than amongst the average vernissage visitors, 'MotorradClub 'oberer Totpunkt'' (motorcycle-club 'top dead center' - a technical term defining the moment that the piston is in its highest position inside the cylinder; the moment of greatest power potential).
